Applicability of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act

Provides guidance on the jurisdiction of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act for Federal entities.

 

Guidance – FY 2024 AbilityOne Program Fee Ceilings

The following AbilityOne Program Fee Ceilings apply from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, to Procurement List additions, annual price changes for products, base year renewals for services, and bilateral contract modifications that result in a price change submission to the Commission.

National Industries for the Blind (NIB): 3.75%
SourceAmerica: 3.75%
