Compliance Modernization


Full compliance with the AbilityOne® Program requirements is expected of every participating organization.

  • Participating nonprofit agencies are expected to achieve full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements set forth in the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act.
  • All Program participants are expected to conduct all business ethically and lawfully.

Compliance Manual replaced with FAQs and updated policies

The Commission’s informal Compliance Manual was rescinded in 2020, and replaced with the Frequently Asked Questions below, as well as with updated Compliance policies and procedures.
