Contract Management Support (CMS) Services

Since its inception in 2010, AbilityOne's Contract Management Support Program has returned more than $830 million to the Federal Government; provided 220,000 ready-to-close contracts; achieved an accuracy rating greater than 99 percent; and created 162 new positions for people who are blind or have significant disabilities, including 32 who are wounded warriors or veterans.

How does CMS work?

  • U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) awarded the contract
  • IDIQ contract term: 5 years (base year, 4 one-year options)
  • DoD-wide contract, HQ0034-15-D-0023
  • Firm-Fixed Price, Performance-based
  • Provides Decentralized / Direct ordering
  • Task orders for contract closeout can be executed in 2 weeks or less
