Published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled operating as the U.S. AbilityOne Commission publishes notices, including proposed additions and deletions to the Procurement List, as well as all final actions approved by the Commission. These notices are published in the Federal Register on Fridays.

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled publishes notices of its intent to add (or delete) products and services to the Procurement List that will be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other significant disabilities in the Federal Register. These Committee Notices, the Notices indicating the final actions taken by the Committee on proposed additions and deletions to the Procurement List, and other Committee-related Notices are published to provide interested persons an opportunity to submit comments on the actions the Committee is proposing to take.
