Case HistoryCustodial Services at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MDContract Start Date: April 30, 1997 Melwood provides all supervision, personnel and labor, supplies and materials, tools, equipment, communication devices, transportation and fuel, and management strategies necessary to carry out effective and comprehensive custodial services at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The term “custodial services” applies to all designated spaces at the Center, including but not limited to offices, laboratories, computer rooms, hallways and stairs, entrances, lobbies, restrooms, kitchens, loading docks, storage areas, mechanical rooms, elevators, sidewalks, exterior courtyards and exterior areas immediately adjacent to buildings. A combination of scheduled and government-ordered special services comprises the service requirement. Custodial Services at U.S. Naval Station, Great Lakes, ILContract Start Date: March 30, 2001 Ada S. McKinley is responsible for all aspects of the custodial service for Naval Station Great Lakes, managing janitorial services to ensure that facilities are clean, sanitary, and professional in appearance. |
