Edward Yang

Mr. Yang is the Chief Information Officer for the Commission. He assumed this position effective Feburary 2009.

Prior to becoming Chief Information Officer, Mr. Yang served as lead information technology specialist for the Commission.

Mr. Yang received his master’s degree from American University, in Washington, D.C., in 1991.
